  My final email to the owner:
  Once again, I am having to nag/remind you to finish the job at my house, and return my hopefully-repaired kitchen blind.
  
  Our last communication was 6 weeks ago. The one before that was 8 weeks prior. I am so tired of having to nag you into action and response, followed by the litany of reasons/excuses why you haven't acted or responded after such a long absence.
  
  I regret allowing you to rush me into signing the "It is Finished" contract, and believing you when you said that of course you would come around and finish what was left undone. By now we have paint chipping on several surfaces in the kitchen.
  
  We are now at 6 months since the job started. This is the most ridiculous contract I have entered for home improvement.
