  Similar experience to a past review. Asked for a quote which they promptly came out to look at the job and sent over the quote via email a couple days later.
  
  After accepting I was told there would be someone to call and schedule the work. A week later I called to check up on why no call and they stated due to two different days of rain they were backed up (not sure how that affects a phone call if they aren't outside working) and that they would have someone call back later that day. Two days later, still no call or communication yet a fairly immediate response via email when I asked to withdraw my request.
  
  I understand my job was not the most profitable ($200) but it is still good customer service to follow through with what is promised.
